Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of kenancenter.org (the “Site”) operated by Kenan Center, a New York nonprofit located at 433 Locust Street, Lockport, NY 14094. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About Kenan Center
Kenan Center provides cultural, educational, and recreational programs and venues in Lockport, New York. Information on the Site describes our campus, programs, events, rentals, and ways to support our mission.
Using the Site
You may browse the Site for personal, non-commercial information about Kenan Center. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that overloads our systems, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Programs, tickets, donations, and rentals
Many transactions happen on third-party platforms, not on this Site:
- Program registration: call 716-433-2617 while online registration is paused
- Tickets and subscriptions: OvationTix
- Donations and newsletter signup: Network for Good
- Financial assistance applications: Microsoft Forms
- Event listings and event submissions: Modern Events Calendar on this Site
Those services have their own terms. Kenan Center is not responsible for the operation of those platforms once you leave our Site. Availability of programs, events, rentals, and memberships is subject to change.
Rental inquiries may be sent to rentals@kenancenter.org. A rental inquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Event submissions
Community event submissions through our event submission form are reviewed before they appear on the public calendar. We may decline or remove listings that do not fit Kenan Center’s mission or campus use policies.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, photography, logos, and design, is owned by Kenan Center or used with permission (including photography credited to Jeff Tracy Photography where noted). You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without written permission.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate, but program schedules, prices, hours, and event details can change. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kenan Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from third-party services linked from the Site.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
