We collect information you give us when you register for a program, buy tickets through OvationTix, donate or join our newsletter through Network for Good, apply for financial assistance, submit an event, or contact us. The Site may also collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

How we use your information

We use it to process registrations, tickets, donations, and inquiries; communicate about programs; improve the Site; and meet nonprofit legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Third-party services

OvationTix, RecDesk, Network for Good, Microsoft Forms, Facebook, Instagram, and Vimeo have their own privacy policies. Kenan Center is not responsible for those services once you leave our Site.

Children’s privacy

Program registration for children happens by phone or through our registration platform, not on this Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children on this Site.

Security, retention, and your choices

We take reasonable steps to protect information and keep it only as long as needed to operate programs and meet legal obligations. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails or contact info@kenancenter.org to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
