Weddings, receptions, and gatherings use the House, Gallery, and Gardens as one campus setting. Share your date and guest count — we will help you match the right rooms and outdoor spaces.
Current rates
House and Gardens packages.
4 hours (75 people max): $1,000 for the house only, or $1,250 with gardens.
Full day (8 hours): $1,650 for the house only, or $2,200 with gardens. Every hour after 8 hours is $250. Night-before setup is $400 for a 4-hour block, depending on availability (time determined by Kenan).
Not every group can be accommodated, and dates depend on Kenan Center programs and activities. Some spaces have size limitations. Email rentals@kenancenter.org to confirm availability or schedule a walk-through.
