Lockport’s newest outdoor play space is underway!

Daisy’s Adventure Garden will bring together fun structures in a garden setting including an amphitheater, farm stand, garden beds, sound garden, Daisy the Cow, and more!

 

Daisy’s Adventure Garden, named after Mr. Kenan’s prized cow Daisy, will be located on the Kenan Center Campus in Lockport, NY and will serve more than 1,500 children annually. It will also be highly visible to people who attend the Kenan Center Campus for events, sports, education and arts programming.

Many of the structural elements highlight the Lockport, NY region, including the Lock Control Tower, Community Market Stand and more!

Wind Chime Workshop: FREE

Sunday, October 3, 2021
11:00AM – 1:00PM
This workshop will be led by Teaching Artist Marrisa Bannister. The event is free to the public. Each child will make two wind chimes; one to keep, and one to add to Daisy’s Adventure Garden!
It will also be an opportunity for the community to explore the completed parts of Daisy’s Adventure Garden, including the Sound Garden!
